All reservations are subject to availability and shall only be deemed confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from the Guesthouse. The Guesthouse reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking where the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
The person making the reservation must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and is responsible for the booking and for all guests included in it.
All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise specified and may vary depending on seasonality, availability, and the conditions attached to the selected rate.
The Guesthouse may require full prepayment or a deposit to secure a reservation. Any remaining balance shall be payable in accordance with the terms provided at the time of booking.
A refundable security deposit may be required to cover damages, losses, or breaches of these Terms and may be retained where applicable.
Cancellation and prepayment terms depend on the selected rate and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Where a booking is non-refundable, no refund will be provided upon cancellation. Flexible bookings may be cancelled within the applicable timeframe.
Failure to arrive without prior notice may be treated as a no-show and result in the full booking amount being charged.
Amendments are subject to availability and may affect the applicable rate.
Check-in and check-out times are as stated on the Website or in your booking confirmation. Guests may be required to present valid identification upon arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out may be permitted subject to availability and additional charges.
Only registered guests may occupy the accommodation.
The Guesthouse is provided exclusively for residential accommodation purposes. Guests are expected to use the Guesthouse responsibly and in a manner that does not cause damage, disturbance, or inconvenience to the Guesthouse, neighbouring premises, or other individuals.
Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified at the time of booking. Any additional guests or visitors must be disclosed in advance and approved by the Guesthouse. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Visitors may be subject to reasonable restrictions for operational, safety or regulatory purposes.
The use of the Guesthouse for events, parties, or commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written consent.
Conditions relating to children, including supervision requirements or pricing policies, may apply as communicated at the time of booking.
Any special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the Guesthouse or its contents during their stay.
The Guesthouse may recover the cost of repair or replacement, including by deduction from any security deposit or by direct charge.
Guests are also responsible for the safekeeping of keys and access devices.
While the Guesthouse takes reasonable care to provide the accommodation and services, use of the Guesthouse and the Website is at the guest's own risk.
The Guesthouse shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, nor for any interruption of utilities or services beyond its reasonable control.
In any event, and to the extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Guesthouse shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the stay.
The Website is provided for general information and booking purposes. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure that its content is accurate and up to date, the Guesthouse makes no representations or warranties as to its completeness or reliability.
Users agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing harmful material, or using automated tools to extract data. Access may be suspended or restricted at any time for maintenance or security reasons.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
