‘To Anoi tis Rothkias’ (‘anoi’ is a room on the first floor of a building) used to be the home of our late grandmother Rothkia. This 30 sq.m. room still includes all of its original furniture, which has been carefully restored. The room features an old traditional double wrought-iron bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a night stand, a kitchen with a dining area and cupboards, a small sitting area with two armchairs, a small table and a smart television, an air conditioning unit and a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully-equipped and it features an oven, a stove, fridge, kettle, toaster and a shaker. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoke detectors have been installed in all of our rooms for fire safety purposes. The room opens out to a 15 sq. m. balcony with a partial view of the village and the nearby scenery. It is fit for accommodating up to three people (two adults and a child) since it has extra room for a smaller bed to be added if necessary.
